1.Treasurer will present the years financial statement for acceptance.
2.Election of official committee members: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and two general committee members.
3.Call for volunteers for the following positions:

Webmaster and Classified Administrator
Regalia and Media Administrator
Scrutineers
4. General discussion on running the club
